Reflexology Sessions for Overall Well Being

All Reflexology sessions are provided according to a person’s comfort level. Pressure can vary from light to deep pressure depending on client and area that is being worked. Either way, the reflex is stimulated and the relaxation process begins. Sometimes there’s an area of tenderness or injury on the hand or foot that cannot be worked. Since the body is mapped both on hands and feet, a Reflexologist will alternate to the hand or foot on same side of body where the tenderness/injury appears.

Areas of Emphasis

Reflexologists do not treat for any specific illness. Reflexologists help the client’s body return to a state of balance through the relaxation process. Some areas need more attention than others and can be worked a few times during a session or can be the main focus for that day. Areas of Emphasis are based on the interrelatedness of the body systems and their function.

Your lymph system removes germs, clears toxins and waste products out of your body. When lymph moves freely you have more energy and it’s less likely that an illness will overwhelm your system. Lymph relies on you your body’s movement for its circulation. You can aid its movement with Lymph drainage and Reflexology, both are great for your body.
